Can gift cars be refunded or exchanged for cash?

A.

No, gift cards are issued as a gift . They may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment or credit to your credit card account. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for gift cards.

How can I redeem a gift certificate?

You can either bring it into the store or enter the gift certificate code at checkout when scheduling your appointment online.

Do your gift cards expire?

A.

Yes, they have an expiration date of 180 days after they are issued.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes we do!  You can purchase them online in the “Appointment” page.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

A.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your appointment.  Same time cancellations will be refunded at 50% of the scheduled service price.  To cancel or reschedule an appointment please call us at 217 390-7397.

Unfortunately, if you do not call to cancel your appointment and do not show up as scheduled you will be charged the full price for the scheduled service.

What are your business hours?

We are open from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm from Monday through Saturday and from noon until 6:00 pm on Sunday.
